Who can participate?

Employers can be public, private, non-profit, for-profit, state and local government entities
  • Jobs may be created for a special project or to meet existing business needs
  • Certain worksite limitations apply. Click here for employer/worksite information

 

Individuals can be from any of the following groups:
  • Youth, age 16-24 living with parent(s) or caretaker relative
  • Parent residing with a child under age 18, or age 18 and is attending secondary school
  • Recipient of Kentucky's TANF cash assistance program, KTAP
  • Countable family member income level must be at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. Click here for participant information

WorkNow Kentucky is made available by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Emergency Contingency Funds and through a collaborative effort of Kentucky’s workforce and human services systems.
